I ran my third Run for Sight (5K) about a week ago. I hadn't run the whole time we were on vacation and I've been having major problems with my IT band, but I still managed to get the best time I've ever done. 29:50. Jenn and I got 2nd and 3rd place in our age group (okay, so there were only 3 of us). Her son Jake (9) ran with us too and he managed to beat me. Wish I could bottle up that energy.

Another Race, Another Day
I ran my third Run for Sight (5K) about a week ago. I wish I could actually commit to some kind of exercise program and stick to it.
Good time - seeing the picture of you running with all the green around you make me wish for running in Oregon. I am now running on the treadmill because it is just too dark in the mornings (and by dark I mean scary).
You go girl. My goal is to start running again over Christmas break... :)
Niiice picture Steph! You don't look hot or sweaty or tired either and you're near the finish line. Just like Jake. One day...you're gonna get first place! (Even if it's when we're in the 40 year old group :)
