Hmmmm, maybe that's what I need to listen to. Something that makes me mad :) I DON'T crave running though. It's a love/hate relationship without the love. I wonder if I'll ever like it. I didn't know you were running in August with your sis. Good for you. It'll be a nice "test run" for September :) I've got to make sure I manage some runs when we're in AK. That might prove a tad difficult being in the wilderness!
