Last week I took my last zoloft and have been going through lovely withdrawal (although for some reason they prefer to call it discontinuation syndrome). Since I had a cold last week I felt like I had the flu with the two combined together. I'm feeling better now, although still a tad dizzy. I had to take a nap a couple days in a row and Loofa decided to up the ante in badness. The first day wasn't so bad, he just got into my purse and ate half of my chocolate bar in there. The second day he pulled the smart card out of the dish network receiver. I spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out why it wasn't working. He also pulled down the coat rack, screws and all, trying to get into my purse. That smile is his "I know I'm in trouble, but I know I'm cute" smile.
While the kids were bored they decided it was tent building time and put together a tent with the plasma tv box. Ephant asked if they could sleep downstairs in their creation. We decided to let them do it, although the chances of them ending up in their own beds before the night was through was about 100%. Loofa had to sleep in the teepee since the box tent wasn't big enough. He surprised us all by still being there in the morning. I remember loving sleeping in other rooms as a kid.
On another vein, if you are ever tempted to watch "There Will Be Blood", DON'T DO IT! I think that one has made my personal top ten worst movies ever made list. How it was nominated for an acadamy award is hard to fathom.

Another movie tip: never see "my sassy girl." it's retarded. I just saw your tag (i've been a little out of it), so thanks and I'll do it soon.
I have blog now
LOL discontinuation syndrome. I have never heard that. But then again, the stuff I went off earlier this year is supposedly harder than heroin to stop and no one minces words about it. I definitely know why they call it kicking the habit and cold turkey. But at least I can say that I did it. A lot of people have to lock themselves in a room somewhere so they don't end up doing something crazy.
Wish I could say I was glad I did it. Pretty much I have all my other problems plus my back hurts really bad again. And it's frustrating because I have hit the specialists again looking for answers and they pretty much all say geez if you are in that much pain you should be medicated.
Sorry your back is doing so bad. It is hard when it is bad all around no matter what you do. Hopefully someday you'll be able to figure out the best solution for dealing with the pain and the side effects.
