Here is a link to where I found my jerk chicken recipe.
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/A-Jerky-Chicken/Detail.aspx I made one change: instead of using thyme and allspice I used my Jamaican Jerk seasoning. Also, in the future I might use only 2 garlics.

Okay, I'm a sca-ared of anything that has a habanero pepper in it, but I might be able to get over it. But...where do you get Jerk seasoning? I'm a novice at this Jamaican cooking stuff.
Oh, and also, what did you eat with it?
The jerk was great--personal experience.
She did beans and rice, and I forget exactly what else, but the beans and rice, the one in a mix but it tasted good and they did go really well with it.
One of the cool things about some of the prepared things that taste ok is that they let you get a bit fancier with your other things. I wish there were more convenience foods that were at all tolerable, usually they have some funny taste from all the preservatives or whatever.
The beans and rice was one of the Zatarain's boxes, I think it is this one. We sometimes just add chicken to that box of beans and rice and eat that for a main dish because I like it.
The habanero did make it spicy, but we love spicy. You could probably use just half if you wanted it less spicy.
The jerk seasoning was just in the regular spice section at the grocery store.
