Tradition
No trip to Utah would be complete without a trip to the Gateway Center. After soaking the kids, J's parents treated us to dinner at The Blue Iguana. I'd heard of that restaurant before and was glad to finally have a chance to go. It was delicious and I even stepped out of my comfort zone and had the poblana sauce instead of red with my enchiladas.

We've been to the Blue Iguana! Interesting location but I remember the food being pretty good!
I love the Gateway fountain!! We have had many a soak in it too. I wish I could have seen you during your visit. It looks like you had a lot of fun though!!
